Our business model is taking great care of smaller’ish clients that our larger competitors have ignored. Over the last few years (2020 through 2022) we have served between 80 and 85 business customers per year.

We do not maintain a brick and mortar office. Our business model is slightly different in that when we’re working for you, we’re usually at your site. It’s the true embodiment of the phrase “my IT guy”! This model has worked very well for us and our clients.

We recommend and use computers (desktops, laptops, and servers) from Dell, networking infrastructure from Cisco, and printers from HP. We use anti-virus solutions from AVG, remote access tools from Splashtop, and network security tools through OpenDNS. Coming soon – we are in the process of implementing a formal cyber security training program for end users.

Our principal, Andy Lynch, has been building, maintaining, and securing computer networks since 1997, now more than 12 years fulltime. He’s proud that his very first business customer in Wyoming, DE is still a great customer today with a long future ahead for both of us. A Kent County, Delaware resident since 1983, Andy lives in Dover with his amazing wife of 20 years, three children, and golden retriever.
