Over the years, we have found three things are required for a good client & IT vendor relationship:

• A good fit (people): We provide a service but it’s ultimately a relationship. It must be mutually beneficial for both parties.
• A good fit (technology): What the client needs, we provide and vice versa. An IT vendor can’t be all things to all people and that’s OK!
• Geography: We primarily serve clients in southern Kent and northern Sussex counties in Delaware. You have to actually be there for clients!
